A guided tour with an English commentary by our passionate guides
Recognized as one of the French National Treasures for its geological and archeological assets, the Cave of Saint Marcel is one of the biggest cave systems in France – with over 64 km of galleries.While giving its commentary in English, our guide will take you on a 400m, one-hour visit during which you will understand the phenomena that allowed the creation of the beautifully carved galleries.
The biggest treasures of our two largest caverns are exalted by two sound and light shows: the Cathedral and its immense concretions, and the spectacular Gours, a waterfall-like formation comprising over a hundred calcite basins.
