We advise you to buy your tickets online in order to anticipate the busy days.

Important:
There are 416 steps in total (going down and up), so the cave is not accessible to wheelchair users.All children under 5 years of age must have a ticket, you will need to choose the free ticket "children under 5 years of age".
The family pack is not available on the website.
It is not compulsory to print out tickets bought on the internet, but they must be presented on a smartphone or tablet.
Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes before the start of the Guided Tour / Self-guided Tour / Epicurean Tour / Fireflies Walk and 15 minutes before the start of the Caving activities.
